All letters use our popular modern alloy font for a cohesive look that matches the font of our address numbers. Letters are available in uppercase form only.

SIZES
Ferosa offers seven sizes of metal letters that can be purchased through this listing. These sizes are 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 10", and 12". If you'd like custom signage using letters taller than 12 inches, please contact us and we can create a custom quote.
 
DESCRIPTION
Modern metal address letters and signs are precision crafted from 3/8" (10 mm) solid aluminum, offering exceptional durability and style. Each letter is powder coated with a premium architectural finish, providing superior weather resistance while enhancing curb appeal with a timeless, modern aesthetic. The letters feature 2 inch (51 mm) threaded studs on the back for secure and rigid mounting. Also included are 1/2 inch (13 mm) aluminum spacers that are powder coated to color match the letters. You can choose to flush mount the letters for a clean look, or use the spacers for a floating effect. Installation is easy with our step-by-step guide and how-to video. Additionally, every order includes a custom designed drilling template tailored specifically to your letters or sign, ensuring perfect spacing and visual harmony.
 
Installation is easy with the simple to follow instructions and custom drilling templates which we personally create for your address letters or sign. With each order we include both a horizontal (side by side) drilling template and a vertical (stacked one above another) drilling template. You'll then have the option to mount your metal letters in either orientation (side by side, or stacked one above one another). These templates are designed to make installation simple and ensure perfect alignment for a clean, professional finish.

    HOUSE NUMBER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

     

    • MATERIAL: 6061 Aluminum, 3/8" thick.

    • EDGES: Tumbled, smooth and rounded.

    • FINISH: Powder coated with high quality, UV stable architectural grade finishes. 

    • STUD HOLES: Countersunk and chamfered on backside, tapped with 10x24 thread.

    • STUDS: 6061 Aluminum, 2" length, 10x24 thread.

    • SPACERS: Aluminum, 1/2" length, 5/16" O.D., #10 I.D., powder coated finish to match numbers.

    • MOUNTING TEMPLATES: 100% scale, CAD drawn, all address numbers are kerned specific to each individual address, holes marked for drilling.

    ADDRESS LETTERS & HOUSE LETTERS

     

    We have letters "A" and "B" in stock in sizes 4", 5", 6", and 8". The pricing for our letters is the same as our numbers. These letters can be ordered above with your address numbers. Each letter will count as one digit. For example, "1526 A" will have a quantity of 5 digits.

    For all other letters we can custom make these in 3-7 business days, in any size. These are available in capital letters in our modern alloy font, which is the same font as our numbers. These letters can also be ordered with your address numbers above. Please note we don't stock these numbers, so there will be a short turnaround time while we custom make these letters.
